The Custom Shutter Group gives independent window-treatment dealers the vendor pricing, software, and day-to-day support that smaller shops usually cannot get on their own.
Our mission
Most independent shutter dealers do excellent work and have the relationships to prove it. What they typically lack is a large marketing department, an in-house software team, or the volume to negotiate competitive vendor pricing. The Group exists to fill those gaps.
Pooling dues and running orders through an approved vendor network gets better pricing, faster turnaround, and real support for every member, from a one-truck dealer in Tier 1 to a multi-location shop in Tier 4.
How the community works
Every member pays a flat monthly fee. That fee funds three things: the platform (quoting tools and dealer website), the buying power (negotiated pricing with vetted vendors), and the support (the staff, training, and shared standards that help every member operate at a higher level).
The Group is not a franchise. Members keep their brand, their customers, and their independence. We handle the back office, the buying, and the software.
